One and All - The Story of Tom of Chyannor

The co-directors, Emma Spurgin Hussey and Rory Wilton, are full time members of the company. Other workers are part of a pool of theatre practitioners who work with Bedlam on a project by project basis.

	EMMA SPURGIN HUSSEY Co-Artistic Director Writer Axe for the Frozen Sea The Governor of Sombrero Rock Actor All productions since The Cornish Giant Emma has been a member of Bedlam since 1990 and is a company co-director. She trained at the Hub Theatre School, St Austell. She works for the company in a variety of capacities: actor, writer, workshop leader, fundraiser and administrator. Her play The Governor of Sombrero Rock toured the south west to great success in spring 1999. This was followed by Axe for the Frozen Sea, a play loosely based on the life and works of Franz Kafka, written in his own style. The production toured nationally during 2002 and, after further development, in 2003 to huge critical acclaim. She is currently writing the company's next production, scheduled for 2007.

Rory has been a member of Bedlam since 1992 and is a company co-director. He works for the company as actor, writer, designer, workshop leader, technical manager, maker and administrator. Rory is also a freelance touring technician/manager and was production manager for the Ordinalia Company who produced Origo Mundi in the summer of 2000, The Passion in 2001, The Resurrection in 2002 and The Full Cycle 2004 at the Plen an Gwary, St. Just-in-Penwith. He is also production and technical manager for the Cornish Theatre Collective.
